The overall development goal of the project is to empower youth through promoting the One Stop Center as a model of youth development under the Global Partnership Initiative for urban development.

The  objective of the project is to mobilize and harness the resources of Africa's youth, by identifying and building on youth initiated programmes and projects. With this recognition and capacity building, engage and empower other youth to improve their quality of life and support poverty reduction strategies.
