Governance In The Water And Sanitation Sector In Ecuador Within The Framework Of The Millenium Development Goals (Mdgs)

The Project will contribute to the implementation of the National Water Plan and the creation of democratic and sustainable governance in water and sanitation services, focusing on integrated water management by river basins and promoting social, territorial and gender equality. The Project will contribute to the State Reform process being pushed through by the current government within the framework of the National Development Plan in a sector that is crucial for fulfilling the Millennium Development Goals and sustainable human development in Ecuador.
