Training For Improved Municipal Solid Waste Management (Tim Swm)

The TIM SWM project will contribute to basic SWM service delivery in the post-disaster context of Aceh and Nias, by building the capacity of local authorities to better plan, budget and operate their financial, human and technical resources, including the sanitary land fill resources, which are being developed as part of the post-Tsunami assistance.  Moreover, TIM SWM will provide training and capacity resources suitable to Aceh and Nias local authorities in the longer run and provide support to longer-term national training SWM training capacity.
