Supporting The Implementation Of The Ethiopian City Prosperity Initiative

The purpose of this project is to: (a) support the MUDHCo in developing some concrete project proposals and in resource mobilization for supporting the implementation of the ECPI (e.g. basic urban service delivery, solid waste management and urban greenery, people's process, etc.); (b) after collecting the data for preparing the baseline, develop a Resilient, Green and Well Governed Cities Index -for the purpose of achieving sustainable prosperity through economic growth, good governance and citizen's satisfaction- for performance monitoring and evaluation of the ECPI; and (c) mobilize expertise for training and capacity building, with special focus on Urban Planning, Greenery, Waste Management, People's Process, etc.
