Support For Community-Based, Participatory City Development Strategies In Seven Vietnamese Cities (Cities Alliance)

The project aims to help the cities to achieve stronger local economic development, better social equity and environmental sustainability, based on the current socio-economic data and real market trends through promotion of strategic planning approach. The CDS is a tool to help the local city governments develop comprehensive strategy for municipal development, link public funding with local amenity investment as well as to improve urban quality of life and citizenship through poverty reduction and more inclusive, effective city governance.
