Feasibility Study For Hayana: Integrated Urban Development Project In Egypt

The feasibility study consists of an in-depth appraisal of the relevance, feasibility, efficiency, institutional framework and development perspectives, as well as the sustainability of a project on integrated urban development in Egypt. Field visits, consultations with different stakeholders and a review on literature, project reports and other relevant resources should further refine the interventions of the main project.

Finally, the feasibility study shall also initiate the collaboration between the main stakeholders (the Agent, the Principal, Governorates of Qena and Aswan, relevant national Governmental agencies in Egypt), so that it can be regarded as an inception work that shall allow – if approved – to start more easily the pro-ject implementation in the second half of 2016 or first half of 2017.
