Promoting Urban Energy For Climate Resilient Low Cost Buildings In Marsabit County

The final purpose of the project is to contribute to increase climate resilience in the building and energy sector in Northern Kenya, one of the areas more affected by climate change in the country, whilst turning the problem into business opportunities that can benefit the environment, the people and the local economy. This will be achieved by offering marketable sustainable options of construction and access to energy that contribute to maintain the natural environment, reduce the CO2 emissions whilst addressing lack of affordable housing and access to energy as well as climate change adaptation/mitigation.
