The Goal is to build capacity of partner cities and partners to initiate actions on inclusive, pro-poor and environmentally sound urban enrgy. Actions will be developed closely with city authorities to ensure strong interconnection between global targets and local priorities. Pilot projects are designed to allow scale-up and will be selected on the basis of their sustainability, e.g the commitment of follow-up investments by partner cities or investment partners.
