Inclusive Digital Ict And Frontier Technologies To Improve Access, Coverage And Quality Of Basic Services

Norway’s support will contribute to the strengthening of the institutional and technical capacity of local, sub-national and national authorities to develop and implement policies and guidelines for a gradual transition to a low carbon economy with environmentally sound urban infrastructure, built environment and services. Emphasis will be on evidence-based policy formulation involving a broad consultation with all stakeholders, mainstreaming gender, youth empowerment and including vulnerable groups to discuss practical options and develop implementable plans to deliver effective and efficient urban basic services resulting in cleaner, more livable and healthier cities.
