Scoping Mission To Assess Technical Assistance To The Central Riyadh Redevelopment And Regeneration Programme

The mission responds to a request from the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund to provide technical support to the programme. The scoping mission will examine challenges of civic mobilization and community engagement in similar projects and programmes, and provide insights on best approaches and methods of intervention, based on lessons learned and comparative experiences globally, and through UN-Habitat Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme. The mission will further discuss the required technical support geared towards the second phase of the programme.
